her bachelor’s in Art History in Pennsylvania and her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in
New York. After several years working in the art industry in New York City, she chose to follow in the
footsteps of the two generations of female therapists before her, pursuing her career as a mental health

Isabel believes in the importance of creating a warm and compassionate therapeutic bond, fostering
genuine connections and using humor when appropriate. She uses an integrative approach to create a tailored experience for each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and a strengths based, trauma-informed approach. Having worked with individuals in both school settings and private practice in the South Bay and Long Beach, she is dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals on their journey to lasting wellbeing and recovery.
